I had a ton of questions going into my mortgage and they explained everything in plain English. The team made sure I actually understood what was going on throughout the lending process.

Mike and Andrew were amazing throughout our recent condo purchase. We were first time home buyers and they helped us feel at ease through both the mortgage process and a HELOC loan afterwards to do some renovations. We couldn’t be happier with their service!

We recently used Primary Mortgage Residential to obtain a loan when buying our first property. They also helped us obtain a second loan for renovation work shortly after our purchase closed. This experience was a big deal to us, a big life milestone with many daunting processes and number crunching and stress. Primary Mortgage Residential made us feel SO safe and SO supported the entire time. Michael Koran, Andrew Karcher, and Dane Moler were such a pleasure to work with. All of them were extremely professional and attentive to our needs. They understood that we needed a little more hand holding and education through this process as first time home buyers with no prior experience in this world of loans and escrow and purchasing property. They worked tirelessly to get everything finished on track for us, making the process smooth and easy. They were incredibly responsive to us by email and text at all times. They clearly laid out what documents they needed from us at all times and what we needed to do to stay on track for a quick close. They helped us crunch numbers and ease our anxiety. We went on a 2 week vacation in the middle of this process and despite the time difference they still were such diligent, hard workers getting all of our paperwork in order and providing us with updates around the clock. Michael frequently got on the phone with us and did such a good job explaining parts of the process in a very easy to understand way. Michael and Andrew made us feel like no question was dumb or silly, and they celebrated our achievements. We never went more than a few hours without a thoughtful and helpful response from them whenever we needed anything at all. Overall we had such a great experience working with them and would definitely recommend them to first time homebuyers — you can take a breath and know you are in great hands with these guys, they are trustworthy.
